Dr. Tony Holler
Dr. Tony Holler has been actively involved in leadership positions within the healthcare field for many years. Formerly, chief executive officer of ID Biomedical Corporation, until its sale to Glaxo Smith Kline in 2005, Tony Holler joined the Inviro board as chairman in June 2006 and was appointed Chairman in August 2006. His prominent medical background and successful corporate experience equips him with many assets to contribute to the board. Holler already played a leading role in securing a $12 million round of funding for Inviro in 2006.

Ian Houston
Ian Houston was educated at University of Manitoba, and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Hons) in 1984. His finance career has spanned over 20 years starting in the securities industry in 1985, and currently is a Senior Vice President of Wellington West Capital where he has been employed since 1995. He has been an Inviro board member since the fall of 2004 and has been significantly involved in the management and board transformation of Inviro, as well as current and previous financings.

Todd Patrick
Todd Patrick became President, Chief Operation Officer and member of the Board of Directors of ID Biomedical Corporation in 1998 as the Company elected to focus on vaccines and sell its then core diagnostic business. Mr. Patrick participated in several acquisitions and strategic initiatives to build the vaccines assets from zero to $1.6 billion at the time of its acquisition by GlaxoSmithKline. Prior to joining ID Biomedical, Mr. Patrick ran UCLA's intellectual property program. He is a director and trustee of several biomedical companies and nonprofit associations in the Pacific Northwest and joined Inviro's board in November 2006.

Dr. Ross Sharp
Dr. Ross Sharp is the co-inventor of the InviroSNAP! Safety Syringe, the Inviro EZ Wing Vial Access Plastic Cannula, the InviroStripe patient safety syringe and a number of other safety medical devices for which more than 75 patents have been issued. He is the founder of Inviro Medical and previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Ross graduated from Edinburgh University, UK and U.B.C. where he also taught as an associate professor. He founded one of the largest studies in HIV in N. America and is a Fellow of both the Canadian and American College of Surgeons.

John Hatcher
John Hatcher, a former president of major divisions at both Baxter Healthcare and Allegiance Healthcare, joined Inviro’s board in June, 2007. During his distinguished career, Hatcher focused on healthcare sales and marketing, corporate account management, business development, operations and general management. Hatcher continues to support the University of North Carolina, Wilmington’s Cameron Business School as a student mentor and career counselor. Previously, he was an active member of industry organizations including the Federation of Healthcare Systems, Health Insights and Healthcare Research and Development.
