Dr. Tony Holler, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Tony Holler has been actively involved in leadership positions within the healthcare field for many years. Formerly, chief executive officer of ID Biomedical Corporation, until its sale to Glaxo Smith Kline in 2005, Tony Holler joined the Inviro board as chairman in June 2006 and was appointed Chairman in August 2006. His prominent medical background and successful corporate experience equips him with many assets to contribute to the board. Holler already played a leading role in securing a $12 million round of funding for Inviro in 2006.

Jim Hourigan, Chief Operating Officer
Jim Hourigan serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Inviro Medical and brings extensive experience in introducing and commercializing products in medical and consumer markets.  Jim has significant experience in developing integrated operational strategy encompassing customer service, logistics, manufacturing third-party outsourcing, QA and GMP Compliance, IT and information management systems. He is also familiar with the unique challenges of designing, building, and continuously improving organizational processes. Lastly, Jim is highly dedicated to staying current and has made a significant investment in ongoing education to maintain strategic operational capacity. Jim's list of distinctions include being Black Belt - Six Sigma, attaining CIRM certification through the Association of Operations Management, and continuing education including Executive Management Program - INSEAD University, Paris, Global Executive Program - Ashridge College, London, and the University of Dallas, where he received his MBA.

Karen Dunlap, Senior Vice President, Global Business Development
Karen Dunlap has extensive experience providing sales leadership for medical technology companies. She started her career as a sales representative, moving into management with Medfusion with the launch of safe medication delivery systems for neonatal and pediatrics. Karen continued to launch new healthcare products while serving as Director of Sales at Lukens Medical/A Medisys Group Company. Before joining Inviro Medical, Karen was the Executive Vice President at New Medical Technologies, Inc., a safety syringe device manufacturer. Over the years, Karen has developed extensive knowledge of the medical technology market as well as the experience needed to lead a dynamic sales team.

Ross Sharp, M.D., Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Ross Sharp is the co-inventor of the InviroSNAP! Safety Syringe and the InviroLINK>> Vial Access Plastic Cannula and a number of other safety medical devices for which more than 75 patents have been issued.  He is the founder of Inviro Medical and previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. Ross is a clinical surgeon, trained in Edinburgh U.K. and has been an associate professor at the University of British Columbia, Canada. He has co-founded a number of societies and also one of the earliest and largest prospective studies on HIV epidemiology.  Ross holds medical degrees including a masters of science in surgery and is a Fellow of both the Canadian and American College of Surgeons.

Mark Stoppenbach, SVP, Sales
Mark Stoppenbach has an extensive background in providing sales management for medical companies. His career began as a Physician Assistant working in oncology. His initial step into sales was an independent medical representative. Since then he has held sales management positions with Medfusion, Minimed, Boston Medical Technologies and Cooper Surgical. Immediately prior to joining Inviro Medical he was Director of Sales for MediPurpose, a safety lancet manufacturer. Mark has demonstrated the leadership skills necessary to consistently build successful sales teams.
