Manually retractable Luer Lock safety syringe with PUSH, PULL, SNAP! mechanism to permanently disable device.  Plastic cannula is pre-attached to Inviro Luer Lock Syringe for vial access syringe filling.  Once the syringe is filled, the cannula can be removed and replaced with Inviro Luer Lock Needle for patient injection.
