Infection Control Company Inviro Medical Devices to Showcase Safety Syringe at 2007 ASA Meeting

ATLANTA – October 9, 2007 – Infection control company Inviro Medical Devices (www.inviromedical.com),
this week announced that it will showcase its portfolio of safety and
standard luer lock syringes with InviroSTRIPE® at the American Society
of Anesthesiologists (ASA) annual meeting held in San Francisco from
October 13 to 17. This will be the second time that Inviro Medical has
attended the ASA annual meeting. The company will discuss its
revolutionary safety syringe, featuring an integral write-on stripe
that allows annotation of critical information directly onto the
syringe barrel, helping to reduce the risk of medication errors.

MedAssets Supply Chain Systems Extends Contract With Inviro Medical Devices

ATLANTA – October 3, 2007 – MedAssets
Supply Chain Systems, the group purchasing division of MedAssets, Inc.,
and Inviro Medical Devices have extended their current agreement,
providing MedAssets customers access to Inviro's extensive portfolio of
safety hypodermic needle and syringe products. The contract extension
adds five months and is active through July 31, 2008, the anniversary
of MedAssets existing three-year safety hypodermic contract.
