ATLANTA – July 1, 2008 – Inviro Medical Devices announced today that Chief Executive Officer Gareth Clarke will retire on his sixtieth birthday on July 11. Tony Holler, Inviro Chairman of the Board and former CEO of ID Biomedical, will serve as the company’s interim CEO until a permanent replacement is named.
