MedAssets Supply Chain Systems Extends Contract With Inviro Medical Devices

ATLANTA – October 3, 2007 – MedAssets
Supply Chain Systems, the group purchasing division of MedAssets, Inc.,
and Inviro Medical Devices have extended their current agreement,
providing MedAssets customers access to Inviro's extensive portfolio of
safety hypodermic needle and syringe products. The contract extension
adds five months and is active through July 31, 2008, the anniversary
of MedAssets existing three-year safety hypodermic contract.

Inviro Medical Devices Introduces Flu Shots for Occupational Health and Safety

ATLANTA – September 25, 2007 – Inviro
Medical Devices a company dedicated to providing safe medication
delivery systems to improve occupational health and safety, today
announced that it will showcase its InviroSNAP!® Flu Trays at the
annual Association of Occupational Health Professionals (AOHP)
Conference from September 26 through September 29 in Savannah, Georgia.
The flu trays contain 25 – 3ml 1" safety syringes and are available in
case quantities with 40 trays in a case. The trays are designed
specifically for institutions and companies that administer flu shots
in mass.

Premier Purchasing Partners Awards New Three-Year Contract To Inviro Medical Devices

ATLANTA – July 18, 2007 – Inviro Medical
Devices today announced that it has entered into a new agreement with
Premier Purchasing Partners, LP that provides members of the Premier
alliance continuing access to Inviro’s extensive portfolio of
InviroSNAP!® Safety Syringe products. Inviro’s initial agreement was
awarded as part of Premier’s Technology Breakthroughs Program,
effective May 1, 2007; the new agreement is a three-year contract
effective October 1, 2007.
