Premier Three-Year Agreement effective 1st October, 2007
The full range of Inviro safety syringes is now available to Premier customers through a new three-year contract effective October 1, 2007. Inviro's initial agreement (effective May 1, 2007) was awarded as part of Premier's Technology Breakthroughs Program, which conducts a comprehensive evaluation of new technologies. Based on this evaluation process, Premier writes GPO agreements with select manufacturers.

MedAssets Agreement effective 1st March, 2007
MedAssets Supply Chain Systems, the group purchasing division of
MedAssets, Inc., and Inviro Medical Devices have extended their current
agreement, providing MedAssets customers access to Inviro’s extensive
portfolio of safety hypodermic needle and syringe products. The
contract extension adds five months and is active through July 31,
2008, the anniversary of MedAssets existing three-year safety
hypodermic contract. MedAssets Supply Chain Systems selected Inviro Medical through an assessment conducted at its Technology and Innovation Forum in September 2006. Based on this assessment, MedAssets writes GPO agreements with select manufacturers. John Kautzer, Director of Distribution stated that "the recently completed agreement with Inviro Medical brings a unique safety technology to our mutual customers. It also helps broaden the overall safety portfolio that MedAssets offers."
